Torque & Leak Test Feeder

CMP Automation builds torque and leak test machines for automotive brake tubes per customer specifications.  This machine torqued a union onto a fitting & brake tube assembly and included the following features.

• Gravity Feed Rails (25 tube capacity)
• Tube Length: 24” to 120”
• Manual Torque Station
• CMP to Integrate Torque equipment to Torque Station:
  • Ingersoll Rand nut runner # QE4PT025P10S06
  • Ingersoll Rand IC12D Series controller # IC12D1B6AWS
  • Software, cable (# GEA40-C0RD-3M) & peripherals
• Leak Test Station:
  • Cincinnati C28 leak test equipment
  • CMP integration into Leak test station
• Rejected Tubes will be held at station
• Key to remove
• Dome Indicator Light will alert operator to Pass /Fail
• Gravity Fallout Hangers
• Machine Guarding (1” Wire Mesh in Aluminum Frames)
• Machine Controls (Omron PLC CPU CJ2M)
• Main control panel to be powered at 120VAC
• HMI (Omron NS5 Touch Screen)
• Installation and training at customer site
